Harriton Theater Company’s students-directed One Act Festival is a much-loved tradition that displays the drive, hard work, and talent of our student directors, cast members, and crew. For this year’s festival, you will get to enjoy 5 one-acts, including 1 student-written show.

Jill is desperately trying to complete her romance novel…which would be a lot easier to do if only her characters would stop trying to convince her that she’s a bad writer.
Anywhere But Here — Written and directed by Maddie Lefkowitz
After running away from a mob of crazed townspeople who think she’s a witch, Ingrid can finally relax and spend time with her girlfriend. Unless the villagers find her and try to burn her at the stake, that is.
Controlling Interest — Written by Wayne S. Rawley and directed by Sammy Biglin
A group of boys meet in a professional setting to discuss the defining issue of their time.
Small World — Written by Tracey Scott Wilson and directed by Dinah Day-Booth
Three couples go on blind dates and discover they may have more in common than they expected.
Alice in Wonderland — Written by Jason Pizzarello and directed by Will Coleman
A more faithful adaptation of Lewis Carroll’s famous novel, this shows the same story of young Alice falling through the Rabbit hole into a wondrous new world where everyone is raving mad, however with a new, dark twist.
